Sam has an incredible background in BMW service. He's very knowledgeable, competent, and honest. I had taken my X3 to the dealer and two other shops that specialize in BMWs. I took my 2009 BMW X3 to Sam at German Precision and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He’s a super nice, friendly guy who really takes the time to explain everything. Initially there was a little bit of a wait to get it scheduled for a diagnosis but now I completely understand why — he’s an excellent mechanic who clearly knows his stuff.
Once he got my vehicle in, it was ready the very next day. He rebuilt the transfer case actuator and also found and fixed a few leaks underneath, replacing some damaged components to keep me running strong for a long while. When I picked it up, he spent about 20 minutes walking me through everything he’d done, educating me about the vehicle (my 1st BMW), and giving me tips to keep it in great shape.
Sam is very knowledgeable, honest, and thorough — exactly the kind of mechanic you want to have. He’ll definitely be my go-to from now on!

I can’t speak highly enough about the service on my Mini Cooper. The repair cost was at most one-third of what the Mini dealership quoted, and the shop fit me in on an emergency basis. That kind of responsiveness is rare.

I would highly recommend German Precision. If you have a BMW or other German made vehicle, this is the place to take it. I agree with the other reviews that Sam is a great mechanic, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. His prices are also really reasonable compared to the dealership.

I think Sam is an good mechanic. Hes saved me a ton of money on my Mercedes. Very knowledgeable. He seems very busy. Hes direct and no nonsense. I haven't always liked what hes told me.
